A state-of-the-art fine and performing arts complex presenting Broadway shows and other various touring artists, concerts, theatre and dance productions, and art exhibits. The Arts Center is home to the OWC Fine & Performing Arts Division, the Northwest Florida Symphony Orchestra, and the McIlroy and Holzhauer Galleries.

Celebrating its 13^th season, the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation presents numerous cultural events along the Emerald Coast and a children’s educational outreach program, All Kinds of Art with after-school, summer camps and live touring performances.  Featured events include the Concerts in the Park, Destin Festival of the Arts, Seaside Fourth of July Pops Concert and Christmas concert, Sounds of the Season.
